Pedro knows this work personally. For years, he was unaware of how much his own disconnected heart had driven him into performative burnout—until he began the journey of emotional and spiritual recovery. Out of that experience came Purpose Academy and Purpose Accelerat(ED), pathways for individuals to launch thriving coaching practices that blend purpose, formation, and practical tools.

Grounded in insights shaped by Tin Man Ministries and Dr. Chip Dodd, their mission is simple but bold: to raise up leaders who bring healing, connection, and lasting impact to families, organizations, and communities.
